Contract engineer

 Duties:

Contract engineers manage one or more projects from preparation through to final acceptance, under specified deadline, cost and quality conditions. This involves: understanding customer requirements; drawing up estimates for work that precisely addresses these requirements; planning and ordering the necessary resources (design, manpower, subcontractors, supplies, tests, etc.); monitoring site progress; taking part in meetings; declaring acceptance and lifting reservations; ensuring compliance with site safety and quality procedures; leading teams; and performing monthly site budget controls.
 Educational background:

Postgraduate degree in electrical or civil engineering
