Centre manager

 Duties:

Centre managers represent the company and manage all business operations and works within their assigned scope.

Commercial responsibilities:
 Analyse markets and determine targets and actions to be taken accordingly.
 Submit bids for RFPs and take on responsibility accordingly.
 Manage personnel sales operations.
 Manage prospecting and commercial tracking for major clients.
Technical responsibilities:
 Draw up investment plan with a view to matching resources to market demand.
 Ensure compliance with quality procedures, health and safety regulations, and labour legislation.

Managerial responsibilities:
 Manage human resources.

Financial responsibilities:
 Draw up annual plan and update budgets.
 Ensure compliance with financial targets.
 Monitor invoicing and cashflow.
 
 Educational background:

Civil or electrical engineering degree plus
    at least five years' experience
 Personal attributes:

 Ability to delegate Commitment Interpersonal skills
 Ability to plan ahead Conviction Sense of duty
 Ability to weigh up complex
    issues and determine
    strategy accordingly
 Decision-making     capacity Supervisiory skills
