ETDE management is forward-looking and innovative

Clarity, commitment and responsibility are three of the key values pursued company-wide as part of everyone's day-to-day business. To develop these values, through cross-company exchange and dialogue, a permanent intranet forum has been set up, on which any member of the workforce can submit questions to ETDE CEO Gaëtan Desruelles, in all confidentiality and with the most complete anonymity. The system has input around 600 questions since it came into operation in November 2002.
